Your A$5 full preview

The character and cover preview is free, with no card needed. The complete personalised story preview is a separate A$5 purchase.

If you’re unhappy with your full preview, email us to request a refund of your A$5 preview payment. Include the email address used for your preview so we can find it.

Ordering a printed book is optional. A preview refund concerns the A$5 preview payment; it is separate from cancellation or return of a printed-book order.

Your preview payment counts towards your book

Softcover is A$69 and hardcover is A$89, including standard Australian delivery. Your A$5 full-preview payment is credited towards your printed book.

From your order to your door

Australian orders usually arrive within 7–15 business days of placing your printed-book order. This is the total estimated time, including printing and standard delivery.

Books are printed in Australia. Arrival times vary by location and delivery conditions, so this is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date. Allow extra time when ordering for a special occasion.

Help with a printed book

Printed books are made to order. Once printing has begun, change-of-mind cancellations are unavailable. This restriction does not apply to the A$5 preview refund described above or take away your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

If your book arrives damaged or has a printing defect, contact us with your order details and photos of the issue. We’ll help resolve it, including a repair, replacement or refund as required under Australian Consumer Law.
