Your illustrated characters and personalised front cover. No credit card is needed for this first step. The full story preview is a separate A$5 purchase.
How much does the finished book cost?
Softcover is A$69 and hardcover is A$89, including standard delivery within Australia. Your A$5 full-preview payment is credited towards your printed book.
Can I see the whole story before ordering?
Yes. After your free characters and cover preview, you can unlock the full story for A$5. Read it before deciding whether to order a printed copy.
Can I change the story or scenes?
Before ordering, you can choose alternative wording for each story page, or add a short note or memory to generate more wording options. You can also personalise the cover title, back-cover message, title page and dedication. If a character looks slightly off, you can retry their appearance while keeping the scene the same. The overall story structure and scene sequence stay fixed; replacement scenes and fully custom story rewrites aren’t currently available.
What if I’m unhappy with my personalised preview?
If you’re unhappy with your A$5 personalised full preview, email us to request a preview refund. Ordering a printed book is a separate, optional step. The preview refund is separate from printed-book cancellation and returns. Read the preview refund details.
What happens to my photos?
We use your uploaded photos to create your personalised preview and book. This includes processing by our image-processing service providers. We don’t sell your photos or use them in our advertising.
Our privacy policy explains how photos are handled and when they are deleted. For questions or a deletion request, email our team.
Can I make a book with a grandparent?
Yes. Our story options include parents and grandparents with a child. See the cover examples above to find the relationship you'd like to celebrate.
How soon will my book arrive?
Your book usually arrives within 7–15 business days of placing your printed-book order. This is the total estimated time, including printing in Australia and standard delivery. Timing varies by location, so allow extra time for a special occasion. Read the delivery details.
What if my book arrives damaged?
If your book arrives damaged or has a printing defect, contact us with your order details and photos so we can help resolve it. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law apply. Read about printed-book support.
